The Dunedin Triathlon & Multisport Club has seen significant growth in membership and participation over the past two to three years. This strategy aims to provide guidence to the Committee to ensure the continuation of this growth, building a professional, financially stable club that attracts and retains members and sponsors.

The Strategy has three key principles; Participation, Events & Talent. Each principle is broken down into four key elements.

These principles provide the Committee with the ability to objectively assess special projects and initiatives and to guide finicial decisions to ensure prudent management of the club and it’s finances, now and for the long term furture of the Club.
