Core strength is an important component of training, and its much more fun in a group!

SO we bring you 45 minutes of Core & Stability Strength workout designed to target these muscle groups.

EVERY Thursday from 6.30pm - 7.15pm

Feel the burn come and join us

Open to Tri Club members and anyone else who needs / wants a little ab torture or a die hard 6pk (maybe) 

$2 for club members and $5 for non club members - CASH only 

Just rock on up to Hill City Athletic Club, Logan Park, Dunedin
