Distance: 300m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run.

Duathlon: 1500m run, 10Km bike, 2.5 Km run

2 laps of swim course, one lap of the bike course, 2.5km run on road and sand

Race Start at 6:30pm

Registration 5:30 - 6:15pm

Race Briefing: 6:15pm
