  • The South Canterbury Pacers Triathlon and Multisport Club would like to present the 2018 Timaru Triathlon and Duathlon. This is a sprint distance triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run). This can be completed as an individual or as a 2-3 person team. There is also a duathlon option for individuals only (2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run).

  • The Corsair Classic is an old school triathlon & duathlon focused on providing a good honest course with options for all ages and abilities. The olympic distance race is a run over a testing course with plenty of hills on the bike and run.

  • The Triathlon New Zealand Middle Distance National Championships are moving to the South Island in 2018 for the first time in 20 years. On 17 February 2018, the iconic Challenge Wanaka event will host not only the Suzuki Middle Distance National Championships but also the Aquabike National Championships! New to 2018, the Aquabike course wont be outdone with a 3km swim in the clear waters of Lake Wanaka and 120km bike amongst the alpine scenery of Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea.

Set in the stunning Wanaka to Queenstown high country, you'll race through some of the most stunning high country terrain in New Zealand, with six different events to choose from depending on your appetite for scenery or suffering! It’s a bucket-list off-road event for everyone from elite athletes to have-a-crack characters. A hugely enjoyable and social event, famous for its relaxed southern vibe. Your chance - for one day only - to experience the legend that is the Motatapu.

  • Organised by Nelson Tri Club with input from Sport Tasman, this event is open to all Secondary School pupils (min age is 10 years) and is run during Summer Tournament Week in March. Competitors will be able to compete for three crowns over the two event days: Suzuki Individual Triathlon Nelson Bays Suzuki Individual Aquathlon Team Tag Triathlon
