The Winter Duathlon Series Race Details

A large contingent of local athletes competed in difficult conditions at Challenge Wanaka and the Lake Wanaka Half over the weekend.

Brett Reid at Tri NZ is trying to find someone to support a paratriathlete in swimming in Dunedin.

Members are being sought for a new Dunedin Swim Coaching Board to oversee the coaching of the sport in the city.

Dunedin based athletes dominated the Rolf Prima Half Ironman in Ashburton over the weekend, including the top male and female. Congratulations to all athletes the completed the Half Ironman and supporting Sprint Triathlon.

Tri NZ and YouthTown in association with the Dunedin Tri Club are providing coaching services to youth athletes aged 13-19 over the winter season 2012.

How would you like the title as New Zealand's Ultimate Triathlete? Well it is now possible, we have put this series together to do exactly this. Many athletes have a specialty distance that they excel at, or can lay claim to be a local champion or even national champion of sprint, short course or long course triathlons, but this series will allow you to compete for the ultimate title.
